Will my order come with tracking information?
Orders are shipped through usps and will almost always include a usps tracking number. Only exception are orders that included stickers only with no other types of items. Those orders are sent with a stamp so they do not come with tracking.
My package came damaged/lost. Can you help me?

What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. Unless there is something wrong with the order, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent out?
Orders are sent out about 2-3 times a week therefore it can take anywhere from on the same day to 3 days to process.
There is incorrect address/information on my order. What should I do?
Please contact me as soon as possible to correct any information regarding your order. Although I can make changes while the package hasn’t been fully processed, changes cannot be made once the package has been sent out. If your package was already sent out with incorrect information, I cannot take responsibility for what happens to that package. Please double check that all your information is correct before check-out to avoid these kinds of situations!
Do you take custom orders for charms/pins?
Because suppliers require a certain minimum bulk order for making charms and pins, I cannot take custom design orders for them.
Do you have an Etsy store? I’ve seen your products there.
Yes, I have an active Etsy store.
The difference between this store and my Etsy store is that there are some items that are available here but is unavailable on Etsy.
